• The promoter is Blue Ridge Inn B&B whose registered office is at 477 W. First St., Blue Ridge GA 30513.

• The competition is open to residents of the US aged 21 years or over except employees of Blue Ridge Inn/Mountain Mama’s and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Closing date for entry will be midnight EST on the last day of the month. After this date, no further entries will be permitted for that month’s giveaway. The next giveaway begins at midnight EST on the first day of the month.

Competition rules:

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and terms and conditions without notice for any reason. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Prize rules:

• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice

• Prize/stay must be claimed within six months of winning
• Complimentary stay is good for Sunday-Thursday nights
• Additional nights may be purchased to extend the stay
• Please notify us if you will not be able to use the prize

• announcement will be made on IG/FB story on the first of the month and winner notified within 24 hours
