Delicious Breakfasts Made Fresh Every Morning
Each morning we lovingly prepare a scrumptious hot breakfast which consists of a cup of seasonal fruit or yogurt and granola with fresh berries, homemade muffins and a hot entree such as hash brown sausage casserole, biscuits & gravy, Mountain blueberry French toast souffle, eggs benedict, quiche lorraine, Toad-in-the-Hole BLT and fried eggs with country ham. We pride ourselves on preparing many of our breakfast items from scratch, including homemade breads, fruit syrups, savory sauces and sweet treats while using locally grown fruits and vegetables as much as possible. For those preferring something a bit lighter, we also offer granola with non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt, honey and berries in place of a hot entree.
If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, we’ll be glad to prepare a special breakfast for you. At the Blue Ridge Inn, breakfast is a time to meet the other guests, share experiences and plan the day’s adventures. We will serve you with true southern hospitality, a genuine warm smile and plenty of laughter. Then as you set out to experience a beautiful Blue Ridge day, you’ll be ready for anything! Breakfast is served each morning at 9am.
