We have a large eight room Victorian Inn which includes a large dining room that accommodates 18 people seated at tables, a large parlor, entry foyers and hallway, and outdoor porches on the front and back of the Inn with rocking chairs. The largest suite, a separate wing of the house, has an open living room, dining room and full kitchen with a vaulted, beamed ceiling. Given the large size of the Inn and its public spaces it allows us the flexibility to handle large parties, meetings, receptions, or small intimate gatherings. The combinations are many to give you the flexibility to handle a small or large gathering. Venue Configurations and Equipment

There are many configurations possible for the public spaces. If you would like a special configuration, just let us know. We will be glad to work with you on an arrangement that meets your needs for your event. For meetings, we have projectors, screens, whiteboards, high-speed Wi-Fi, flipcharts and all types of equipment you would need to make your meeting a success.

Accommodations for Event

We have eight rooms and suites (some rooms can be rooms or suites depending upon configuration), each with their own unique theme. Check the accommodations section to learn about all the rooms and view their pictures. You can reserve several rooms or the whole house. By reserving the whole house, you have many more options and configurations possible, as well as creating a more intimate and private event.

Meeting Layout

You can use the dining room as a meeting space. With regular seating for 16 and by adding chairs you can seat a maximum capacity of 20 people. A projection screen can be placed in the front corner. Buffet tables are used for serving coffee, drinks and snacks.
We also have a large dining room and living room with seating in the Grande Appalachian Suite which can be used for smaller meetings or is a secondary meeting space for larger meetings.

 

Layouts for Reception or Party
If you would like to use the Inn for a reception, gathering or party, you can use the dining room, hallways and parlor. The dining room can be configured for maximum space by moving tables out of the way, or against the wall. Maximum capacity 40. Buffets can be used for serving food, appetizers, or drinks.
